I really like it right from the get-go because it has three different levels. Whether you want to increase your speed, agility, or arm strength, you can choose the level that's suitable for you, or even depending on the day. I'm a big fan of it, and you all should try it out! Regardless of your fitness level, it's a really great workout tool.

What's great about this jump rope is that I can decide how intensive I want my workout to be.

Unlike most of the other jump ropes I have used, the weight isn't in the handles but in the rope itself, so instead of weight standing still, it moves with the rope, training your stability and endurance much more.
